Margy Beach — Attraction in Desenzano del Garda

5 stars isn’t enough for Margy’s beach if there was an option I would leave double. The staff are absolutely amazing!! They are there to help you out with anything you need whether it be moving a sunbed or putting your umbrella up or down. Whenever we asked for recommendations of where to go for lunch / dinner they were more than happy to help us. You can book in advance if you message them through Instagram to avoid being disappointed when turning up at the weekend and there being no beds as it does get very busy! I was so saddened to hear that they are trying to remove Margy’s beach as it really is a true treasure...

I loved Margy's Beach! Margy herself is an absolute legend and a hilarious woman. The boys who work there are also very friendly and helpful. We didn't know the area well and they were always happy to suggest recommendations for restaurants and bars. I also want to give them massive credit for the job they do. It is quite a laboursome job, in addition to which they work long hours and they also help maintain the beach nice and clean.

It does get extremely busy on the weekends (both for the sunbeds and the pedalos), so I highly recommend making a reservation with them if you can. I'll definitely come back again if I'm...

Lying there on our towels for about n hour. Nothing there (no wc, etc.) but staff of "margy beach official" that molests you because they want you to rent a beach chair. Maybe i lack of information but there was no sign telling it being a private beach. All in all unacceptable behaviour!
