Venchi — Attraction in Milan

WOW, just WOW! From start to finish, this was the best gelato experience ive had throughout our entire trip in Italy. From the chocolates to the gelato, it felt like a Willy Wonka movie. Giulia (i believe to be her name) was AMAZING and the reason we will stop at this gelato shop any and everytime we are at Milano Centrale or Milan in general. Boss, we need a raise and promotion in her direction ASAP. The pistachio is a MUST and you can expect greatness with any and all the flavors. Let this review be your sign to choose this gelato spot above all others. Perfetto, bellissimo, all of it. YOU HAVE TO TRY! I literally finished my gelato 10 minutes ago and am already leaving a review....

Venchi in Venice was amazing, here was fairly good but the service lacked. Friendly, but slow and confusing. Didn’t understand that we wanted a large plain cone, and kept saying the flavoured medium cone was normal. When he filled it, we got more than 3/4 of stracciatella and only a small blob of Venchi cream on top. Super disappointing as the cream was the one we really wanted and deliberately made the last minute trip for. The service was also very slow and didn’t seem to realise that working in a train station sometimes means people need average or higher speed of service, especially if they’re visibly anxious and counting down...

If I could give 0 stars I would have given 0. If you can wait and go to another venchi please dont waste your time and money in that place and go for another one in Milan. I went to every venchi in Milan and I never had any problem except for this one. Each time I come here we are really not welcome they are slow and they mess up our orders although its just ice cream (not a lot of math to do in that). And then we are yelled at because we have the courage to say its not the correct order. The concept is good but really the managers should be more aware of whats going on in...
