My wife, Sarah, and I recently had the pleasure of attending a pasta-making class with Chef Amos, and we can’t stop raving about the experience! From start to finish, it was an absolute delight.
Chef Amos is not only an incredibly talented chef but also a phenomenal teacher. His passion for Italian cuisine is contagious, and his warm, engaging personality made the class both educational and fun. We learned how to make fresh fettuccini and ravioli from scratch—rolling the dough, perfecting the texture, and even crafting delicious fillings. Chef Amos provided clear, step-by-step instructions, ensuring that even beginners like us felt confident and capable in the kitchen.
What truly set this class apart was the hands-on approach and Chef Amos’ personalized guidance. He patiently answered all our questions, shared expert tips, and made sure we perfected our technique. The best part? Enjoying the fruits of our labor at the end! The fettuccini was silky and smooth, the ravioli was perfectly stuffed, and every bite was bursting with flavor.

The NaplesBay Cooking Class was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Naples! From start to finish, everything was organized, welcoming, and so much fun.
The kitchen space was spotless and beautifully set up, the ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the entire process was easy to follow even for beginners. We learned step by step how to make real Neapolitan pizza, and it turned out delicious!
A huge thank you to Issam, who was the perfect host and teacher. He combined humor, patience, and deep knowledge of Neapolitan culture, making the whole experience memorable. He gave clear instructions, encouraged us throughout, and shared stories that made us feel connected not just to the food but to the history of Naples itself.

We were a team of 10 assembled around the work top, everything was prepared for us chef Vitali explained in detail (and perfect English) anything we need to know to make Napolitanian pizza. Roll up your sleeves and get your hand dirty. Once you get familiar with the process and batch of matured dough comes out at then you are explained to how to place the toppings properly. For those worried about food waste, the unused dough prepared by the guests is cooked and distributed to charity ❤️ In the end we all baked our pizzas in the oven and enjoyed with a drink around the table.
