Ci potrebbero fare un hotel anche solo per ravvivare la rispettiva zona. Ma no, rimane un grosso palazzo oramai abbandonato in mezzo ad una città che, si lamenta di una certa stasi. E se non si lamentasse comunque sembrerebbe promuoversi per il suo turismo anche negli stati esteri. Quindi la "cosa" è palese, non si può lasciare nel centro di una città piuttosto principale ed evoluta un palazzo così grande abbandonato al destino di un valore finanziario che, maggiora solo col suo ripristino.
