THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I asked to develop my film, the assistant told me that it will take 10 days (more or less) to develop it. In nine days I came to this place and asked if it is ready or not. Apparently the worker FORGOT to send it to develop. They asked an additional WEEK to develop. Are you serious? The shop assistant behave like he doesn’t care at all (he really doesn’t care, yes). He didn’t even say sorry. Nothing. He just told me “It is not my fault”, which is true, but there is no customer service. It is the worst service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!! They don't deserve even...

Good place to go if you are in Venice and need to replace high value stuff that you would not expect to even find around here. All you do is email for an up-to-date weblink, email an order, allow three days (probably quicker if you are desperate), then collect from the shop in S. Marco. I bought a Manfrotto tripod for more or less the same price as internet sources back home, but noticed that other things (e.g. cameras and lenses) were also available at reasonable prices.
