The only reason I’m giving one star is because the clothing is stunning. Unfortunately, the customer service was the complete opposite.

I visited the boutique with my family. My mother loved the pieces and tried on several items. While she was in the fitting room, my father and I browsed and waited. Throughout our visit, we were glared at and greeted with unwelcoming energy from the staff. I was looking around to find more items my mother might like, but was repeatedly approached by a very rude sales woman who had it written all over her face that she wanted us to leave. It felt clear that we were being judged and maybe they thought we were not serious customers? I understand not wanting lookey loos roaming through the shop, but that was not my mother. And if the shop has that big of an issue with people coming in to see the merchandise, then move to a quieter street, or do appointment only shopping.

What stood out even more was that the staff were warm and attentive to a flashy foreign mother and daughter who were covered in designer labels. Just a reminder: wearing labels doesn’t mean someone has money to spend, and not wearing them doesn’t mean someone doesn’t.

What the staff didn’t know: my father had already encouraged my mom to buy two blazers he liked and was in a rush to leave. My mother liked about 3 other outfits she tried on. When I asked her what she thought of the boutique, she replied, “I would have bought everything, but it would have had a bad memory because of the rude staff.”

They missed out on over €15K in potential sales simply because they made assumptions. Never judge a customer by...

The sales professional was very informative, patient and knowledgeable in assisting me select a jacket for my body type.

Without asking me my size the wonderful daughter of the designer selected a jacket and it fit as if it was custom tailored just for me.

I purchased the wonderful jacket and wish they shipped hats to the USA I would have purchased a few hats

I would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone who is accustom to quality apparel. I definitely will be ordering a jacket from the fall and winter collection.

My daughter and I traveled to Italy and when we arrived in Venice we stopped in Pot-Pourri because their windows were full of beautiful things. We were greeted so warmly and everyone working was super helpful. Both my daughter and I tried on many things and left so very happy with our purchases. I cannot say enough kind words about how friendly and helpful the three ladies were that were there the day we shopped. Plus-they all had fabulous taste and style beyond words!
