1 small leg of chicken about 100grams in weight for 4 euros is far too expensive. I think the lady behind the counter has charged me double prices. I am a tourist and the price for one small leg of chicken was clearly written as €1.90 but after buying it she labeled it as €4.08 which really didn't make sense to me. I had visited this shop just once, but it was the best choice I could have done. The shop has good location - close to the city center, not very far from railway station. There is wide choice of goods and lots of discounts. But what is more important - the quality of all the goods I bought there (cheese, meat, vegetables, vine) was excellent. I am of Indian origin and usually experience this type of treatment in Central and Eastern Europe, but the security guard followed me around throughout the time I was in this store. Maybe it happens in other Italian stores as well, but my first time experiencing it in Italy/Verona.
