WARNING: they don’t take allergies seriously!!
My friend used google translate to tell the lady she’s allergic to kiwi, nuts and peanuts in Italian. The lady just dismissed her concerns and just gave her the waffle icecream (we didn’t know it was amaretto flavour - with almonds!!). After one bite my friend spit it out and we returned to tell them (again - with google translate in Italian) it’s dangerous to give this icecream to people with peanut/nuts allergies. She just yelled in Italian and got angry. We tried to warn them for next time; the lady didn’t want to know. She threw the icecream at the counter and didn’t want to return our money.
