Loved staying at this hotel for two nights during our summer honeymoon! I think this is a ski hotel in the winter as i saw a ski locker area and there are only 3 floors, 1 elevator, very spacious and open stairwell. Rooms are a bit small but hotel is new and so very clean and pleasurable! I loved the nice expensive Toto toilet that has automatic lid open/close and dryer function <3 there is a small display of self -serve toiletries near checkin desk - the women's Pola Aroma ess Gold toiletries are amazing!! I love the fragrance!! The women's onsen area also had larger bottles of those toiletries to use after bathing. The onsen was consistently not very busy around 6am opening or 4-5pm which was wonderful, and even had a cold plunge pool 🥶, but could have been cleaned better overnight- when i went at 6am at spa opening on both days, the sinks, seats and shower faucets had some hair stuck on them :(. I also used the 24h laundry room on the 1fl, the machines are pretty gentle and new, and so funny that a single machine both washes and dries your clothes but i wonder if it is more inefficient because of that, my clothes ended up only 70% dry so instead of paying again and waiting 30m for another dry cycle, i hung them up around my room. Loved that you can check the usage status of the laundry machines on your TV to make sure one is available before you go downstairs!

- Stayed in guest room queen facing the back…compact and well thought out layout and interior with both usb & usb-c plus local plugs to charge your devices - Loved the interior of both the room and the hotel facilities - For breakfast I chose Japanese over International and was filling and delicious - For dinner, I had Wagyu beef steak (local brand) which was tender and juicy. The salad and soup were very tasty too - Cou Cou bakery’s sandwich (warmed to eat) was very yummy - Onsen spa is compact yet offers both indoor and outdoor onsen plus sauna…outdoor onsen was magical with snow falling - Hotel staffs are multilingual, friendly and helpful

This hotel is one of the top choices for its value during my ski trip in Japan. Just opened in December last year, it boasts brand-new facilities. The rooms are not very large, but they are perfectly adequate. I particularly enjoyed the on-site bathhouse, especially the open-air bath which was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. An added bonus was the bar downstairs, which allowed us to bring our own food for a small party. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I highly recommend a stay here.

I recently stayed at NOZO and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and reliable, always going out of their way to assist with any issues or questions I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, especially the congee, which was exceptionally delicious. It was a delightful start to each morning. I will definitely choose to stay at NOZO again in the future. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend staying at Nozo hotel. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the amenities more than make up for it. From the amazing bath house to bar with fireplace and dedicated ski room with lockers. Also, this hotel is basically a ski in ski out being only 50 meters from the main gondola. Brand new facilities, great friendly staff, well priced and as close as you get to the loft.
