We stumbled into the shop with less than 1 hour to closing so we were advised that we could only purchase rings that were pre-made. Given we hoped to buy something to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, we couldnt find a platinum ring size that fit my husband but the incredible ladies offered to make one for him. Over the next hour we were entertained, along with our 2 children, with swapping of favourite Pokemon (Japanese to English names), guessing age games and talk of food. The team were super friendly, warm, welcoming and kawaii! Our daughter wanted to stay but alas, after the rings were made and engraved, we waved goodbye for 10 minutes and headed off back to our hotel after closing time. Thank you to the ladies for creating such a special moment for our family and for the Pokemon drawings. Seeing our rings daily will bring many heartwarming memories for years to come.

I’ve been wanting to make my own ring in Japan since the start of my trip. There are many places to choose from but I can’t imagine a more perfect place than Aisorashi. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt like we’ve been friends for years! Whenever we needed to communicate something and couldn’t find the right words, using a translation app was no problem. The experience was so fun and I love reading about the meaning behind different ring shapes and which finger you choose. The space is lovely and in a perfect area and I’m so happy with the ring I got! They even took photos for me and helped me reserve another activity for later in the day at a different business. My heart is so happy thanks to my experience here! Thank you Aisorashi team! Next time I’m in Kanazawa, I’ll be back!

Had a fun time making rings with my partner today. Upon entering the shop, the vibe is very calming and friendly. There are instructions in English in a menu that was well put together. Shino helped us during our session and she was so sweet! We used Google translate to fill in the gaps but for the most part we understood her directions and hand gestures/demos. She also took pictures of us while making our rings. The whole process took about an hour. Thank you for a relaxing hour and memento of our trip!

I’m on a university study trip and had a free afternoon when I walked past Aisorashi. I had a lovely time, the staff were very kind and polite, we were chatting in Japanese together most of the time which lovely! If you do not understand a little bit of Japanese, don’t worry, the order form is in english and easy to follow, and the staff utilised a translation app if there were any communication issues. They also took professional photos during the experience which made it extra special. The ring itself is very beautiful, I loved making something that will remind me of my trip to Kanazawa! The pricing was also very reasonable. I look forward to going back to Aisorashi when I’m in Kanazawa again! Thank you for making my...
