Just another similar type street to most of the others here. Plenty of tourists start to arrive in the morning and it remains busy all day. Buses usually packed after 6.15pm in the summer, as the bulk of tourists start leaving. Lots of shops to buy overpriced items, but there are some gems mainly in the side streets.

This is one of the best places to get lost in Kyoto!

There are a myriad of small side streets and charming speciality stores. This pin in particular is sitting on top of an official studio Ghibli store that is tucked away in a side street.
