Along the way to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, we walked along the bank of Katsura river through Kameyama Park and got to enjoy the amazing view of Katsura River with the mosaic mountain backdrop.

Nice if you can manage to find the trails and go deeper into the park. Very close to The Bamboo forests but close to the Arashiyama shopping areas and tourist hot spots. Row boats are available to rent to go up and down river. Very beautiful scenery and worth a visit. No cost to walk around the park areas and nice for a quiet...

A very beautiful place. Although this place looks very beautiful all the year round but autumn is the best time to visit. Here the autumn usually starts from the mid November and ends in the beggining of December. The best thing to do here is boating on the katsura river. The view from the observatory is...
