Mr. Yaji, who is known as the main character of "Tokaido Nakagiri Kurige", in the story, there is a funny story that a ladder is bought when staying at an inn near Sanjo Ohashi before going to Osaka on the way to Ise. .. This bronze statue was built in 1994 by Sanjo Kobashi Shotengai, a member of the Nikkakai and a sculptor, Yoshitoshi Koyama, and is the god of travel safety and return fulfillment in Saiin Kasuga Shrine.
