Nara is so much more than just the deer park. 🦌 We loved getting lost in the old machiya district. We found our way to a few of the famed seven temples with some of the world's oldest wooden structures. Don't be afraid to leave the beaten path, you might discover something magical. Like we stumbled upon this old temple , dotted with stone lanterns and a stunning view over Nara with barely anyone there. Just a few oji-sans with their camera and us. That's why I love just exploring into the unknown. Had we stayed in just the deer park we would have missed this glorious sunset for sure ❤️ 📸 + 🗺️ @jentonic ❤️ #nara #奈良観光 #奈良旅行 #japantravelguide

Non mi è stato possibile vedere il quartiere in quanto per via delle festività era praticamente è tutto chiuso. Sembra un quartiere accogliente, le stradine sono piccoli e riservate. L’idea è quella di trovarsi di fronte un quartiere molto caratteristico in cui però in ogni caso i locali turistici(come ad esempio le tipiche abitazioni che sono visitabili)Chiudono comunque molto presto.
