Hoje 2023/4/13 embarquei pela linha de Midosujj até Umeda, mas como usei o cartão de transporte da empresa não consegui sair, então fui até guichê para que fizesse a troca do pagamento para celular, já que uso pasmo digital. Já me ocorreu de acontecer isso em Tokyo ou até mesmo em Osaka, sempre troquei sem nenhum problema.

A Atendente me atendeu super ruim, começou a gritar como se fosse louca. Como que coloca uma pessoa dessa para trabalhar com publico? Se não sabe guardar seus problemas pra si? Como que autoriza um funcionário gritar com outra pessoa? O funcionário ao lado não fez nada e nem pediu desculpas. Precisa melhorar o atendimento ao público nesse guichê. Como estrangeira ou japonesa, precisamos ter um atendimento sem ignorância e sem gritos. Todos nós somos humanos, mas não precisamos receber mal humor do funcionário. Se não consegue trabalhar em público, talvez não seja sua área certa para trabalhar.
