YC — Restaurant in Osaka

We had about 30 min before heading to the airport, so we decided to find a coffee shop to spend it. Food-wise and atmosphere-wise it was great. One of the best coffee I've ever had in this trip. The coffee shop is right underneath the rail road, making it an interesting experience to feel the tremble every time a train passed. (Not scary, but interesting.)

We also had a cheese pound cake. This was an interesting combination of sweet and salty (in a good way). I never had this kind of desert before.

The only thing I would complain is probably the fact that they don't separate smoking and non-smoking seats, so when it's close to lunch time, there're people smoking and we have to leave before we got smoked. However, this is common in Japan, not particular a problem of this one. I would give it a 5 star if we were forced to leave due to the smoky air when...

Y・C梅田店は、新梅田食道街の一角に佇む昭和レトロ感満載のカフェです。

店内に足を踏み入れると、やわらかい光が流れる木目調のインテリアが目に飛び込んできます。心地よい時間が過ごせそうな雰囲気が漂う空間に身を委ねながら、私はモーニングトーストを注文しました❤

トーストが運ばれてきた瞬間、目の前でパリパリと音が響きました🎶

思わず目を瞑り、箸（フォーク）で軽く切り分けて食べると、一瞬にして幸せな気分に包まれました。サクサクのパンとふわっとしたシンプルな味わいの玉子は絶妙なハーモニーを奏で、口の中でとろけていくような食感がたまりません😊

そして、そんな美味しいトーストに添えられていたハムとポテトサラダも絶品でした‼️

ハムは歯切れが良く、ポテトサラダはクリーミーでとても濃厚な味わい。一緒に食べると、洋風な味わいがアクセントになります❤

コーヒーもとても美味しいです。一口目から、深いコクや苦み、そして豊かな香りがたち込めています。飲みながら口に広がるコーヒーの贅沢な味わいをぜひ味わってほしいな❤ ……………………………………………………………………………
