Visited this location in spring of 2023 and December of 2024. On both occasions, it was very crowded. In 2023, I visited only the ground floor because I had very little time. In 2024, I visited some of the upper floors as well, but because of my limited mobility issues, I ended up having to take the stairs down and call it a day. You can access the higher level floors using the stairs or an elevator. I do recommend checking out the upper floors if you have the time and are capable of navigating the stairs. If you are waiting on the elevator, you will be waiting a while. Most of this location is focused on idols, both male and female. The ground floor however has an assortment of idol related merchandise, especially Love Live, and some popular manga. If you are collecting stamps, you will absolutely want to visit this location. They have a Love Live stamp on a table at the entrance. They also sell Live Live stamp books. Both of the times that I've been, the stamps have been of Honoka from Love Live. However, they were different stamps both times. On one of the upper floors in December 2024, there was a boy's idol anime pop up. It was super cool! I wish that I were into that show, but I would have spent a ton of money if I were. If you have limited mobility, you may not be able to traverse this store. Even the ground floor is not wheelchair accessible. The aisles are simply too small. If you are using crutches, it would be quite challenging to navigate the ground floor. And, I walk with a cane. I found it challenging to navigate the building with my cane and my limited mobility. Because it was taking so long to get an elevator when I was on the third floor, I decided to try my luck with the stairs. This was not a great idea. There was no handrail for a portion of the stairwell. If you have limited mobility, it might be best to send in a friend or family member to help you out. If you look on Facebook, there are a number of groups that will shop for you. I recommend giving one of those a shot. They charge a small fee, but it's worth it. Honestly, it's a great location. I love all the idol merch and will definitely be back. I'm hoping that I'll be able to walk...
