I would like to file a complaint regarding the unpleasant experience at Hitsumabushi Bincho Ikebukuro PARCO on January 20, 2025, at around 17:21.
Our group consisted of six adults and one 1-year-old child. As expected with young children, there were moments when the child was louder or slightly fussy. During these times, a staff member—who I suspect was the manager—kept approaching us with an obviously irritated attitude. He even gestured directly to our child to be quiet and continued showing visible signs of impatience towards our group.
If this restaurant, or the restaurant group as a whole, does not welcome young children, then this should be clearly stated at the entrance.
Throughout the entire meal, both the staff and the manager showed no smile or hospitality. It was as if they had no intention of serving us with the basic courtesy expected in customer service.
I will no longer visit any restaurants under this group, and I strongly advise other parents not to dine here. The experience was deeply unpleasant, and even after nearly five months, I still feel upset about...
