LUMINE Ikebukuro

Elevators are always crowded, and it's so difficult to reach the nursing rooms (3F and 6F) with a stroller. I use Tobu's elevators instead and go to the 6F from there. There's Tully's connected with the play area on the 6F, which is very nice, but tends to be too crowded by people who don't need to use the kids space. There are only two nursing rooms and one changing board on the 6F, and one nursing room with one board on the 3F. No hot water or a microwave. Very clean and cozy though.
