Very Rude male staff on the 4th floor

Just visited on 24/3 at around 13.30. I was planning to check out and buy some doc martens. When I went up to the 4th floor, the male staff in red tracksuit was doing his job not acknowledging me which is fine. Until I picked up a shoe then he approached me saying something which I couldn’t hear since im wearing headphones. So I told him I want to try it. He aggressively pointed to a couch with angry face. I was confused because he wouldn’t hear that the display shoe was not my size. Then I asked again for my size, he looked pissed as heck. Came back with the size handing me the shoe with the same angry face. All of this interaction, he did not say a single word to me. Only angry expressions. No doubt I did not buy the shoes. Sorry to ask you to do your job.

My bar for customer service is pretty low since i have visited many countries with different etiquette. But this...

‘5 stars for staffs on the second floor, 1 star for staffs on the third floor’

The staffs on the second floor were the best, great service mind, excellent manner, kind, and friendly. On the other hand, (or floor, I guess) those on the third floor were terrible, the worst I’d ever met since I came to Japan for the fifth time, their manner were bad and usually I really don’t care about that much but this time was my limit. I’m pretty sure no one will ever expect this in Japan. Ps. Maybe they’re not...

Male staff on 2F is extremely helpful and polite.

However, the male cashier (around 173-175cm, mid length hair) on the 2F is really rude. He looked extremely unfriendly from the beginning. He would only say one word and stare at you. No please no thank you no please wait, nothing. I don’t know what’s wrong with him but he was the most rude staff I ever met in Japan. He needs training/ deserves to be fired.
