Great location but details are lacking. Had an interaction with very unkind male staffer at the front desk - extremely rude at one point did not even make eye contact when i asked him a Q - btw Ive been to Japan 4 times and this was the only time ever Ive ever come across a rude person. Usually everyone is delightful. Room was not serviced on the day i forgot to leave the sign out - although the every other hotel Ive ever stayed at has still cleaned the room unless the DND sign was up. Bed felt very old and saggy, breakfast was catered to foreigners only, basic eggs and bacon etc. expensive due to location but other than that not...
