Beautiful location for a stroll across the bay night or day time in the lovely Minatomirai. This area is a favorite of my family for a fun filled time enjoying this nice weather on the bay. There's a myriad of boat rides across the bay. If you want to have dinner on a boat in the bay be sure to book early as it can be difficult to get a spot later on in the day. This bridge was actually an old railroad across the canal and along the way you can see many pieces that were preserved as an ode to that. Random bollards and train pieces. My daughter enjoyed learning and looking at the many pieces we found while crossing. If you're paying attention there is a lower deck off to the side that offers a nice platform for sights seeing, as well as fishing, or just walking with a slight change of scenery. For the most part you'll want to keep moving while on the bridge especially when it's crowded, otherwise it makes it easy to get separated from your friends/family. Keep an eye on the water and you'll see the occasional flying fish jump out and make a splash! This bridge connects World Porters/ Cosmo World Amusement Park to the Sakuragicho Train station, so it's a good entry and exit point for your day off you took the train; and also if you take a right leaves to Queens Tower and a grass picnic area next to an old pirate ship. All in all easily one of my favorite places in Japan to...

The walk is leisure with nice view of the iconic ferries wheel and the tallest building in Yokohama! Also, one of the best place to see the night view of Yokohama! Way better than taking the over-charged and super short...
