You can walk along the railing and enjoy view of the water, bridges, and small and large boats. When the weather is nice you can sit on the steps with a cup of coffee and get lost in the view and your thoughts. I love to come here (bike) on the weekend and relax and enjoy. Especially if the week was long and taxing on the soul. It's also a pretty good bay shore route from Tokyo to ride here. Sometimes the wind is a bit too much for me though. Need to upgrade my biking...
