Affordable prices, but disappointing customer service experience. I appreciated that this store offers lower prices compared to typical convenience stores. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by poor customer service. The male employee at the tax-free cashier counter, who had a nameplate indicating “English,” was rude and impatient when I attempted to scan a coupon code. His instructions were unclear, and when I asked for clarification, he responded in an unfriendly and dismissive manner. I hope this review brings some attention to the management team. So cool. Spent a long time looking around before I realized there was more in the basement. Much cleaner and nicer than the stores you might find in Tokyo. Much wider aisles too. Parking is free (1 hour) if you buy something. Don't recall the particular details of parking beyond that. Camping gear to fried fish, apples to adult toys, earthquake/emergency preparedness food to refrigerators to car accessories, this store has a huge selection of items. Loved just browsing the sale items displayed before either entrance. Not the same stuff at both entrances so you'll want to check them both. Some incredible prices, some were so-so. The make up range takes up a few aisles and the lingerie section is extensive in styles. If you are over a New Zealand D cup you will struggle to find your size but that is normal in Japan.

If you want a phone case for an android, don't shop here unless you have the latest samsung. There is a huge range for iPhones but none for any type of android at all.

The luxury goods section was a little bit small but you can find something there if you are looking for bags or watches.
