Generally I like the LV National Theater, but last night (Oct 13) we were treated to incredibly bad customer service.

First, the play started 25 minutes late. There was not announcement nor any acknowledgement or apology.

Second, the play was on russian and French and very often the Latvian subtitles were not put up in a timely fashion. There was one sequence where they were not shown at all.
