Very nice drinks and dessert, but maybe you should improve on your staff's attitude, thats not the way you should serve your customer. Been to most of your outlets in penang but queensbay outlet's attitude is the worst. Would travel far for your drinks and not come to queensbay for it. There were 4 staffs and customer is waiting infornt of the counter to order and no one notices.. They we're just talking and blaming each other for making the wrong drink. Witness your staff yelling at customer just because they didnt notice their drink is ready, and you think is okay to yell and say that the ice will melt and dilute the drinks.. I ordered the pearl milk tea with 50% sugar, your staff didnt hear clearly and "har" me loudly, that's fine when the drink is ready there were alot people queuing to take thier drink so i was waiting by the side ( althought my number was called ) one of your indian staff just look at me so i showed her my number and she just pointed the drink at the side to me, like how would I know that's my drink I dont work there!! Would never go there again, paid for my drinks and get treated...
Read moreMy favorite is Peach Oolong which is cheap n good. However service by staff is not always pleasant. Today they make some bird sounds to get your attention that your drink are ready. Also I pay for 2 drinks and given only one receipt while the other receipt was give to my team member. So strange! As I was still standing in line waiting for my 2 receipts. Only Peach Oolong has $1 discount so they claimed not able to combine payment with other drinks. Hence the 2 receipts which I was only given one. Also person taking orders are usually sulky and impatient..

Read morei had visited mixue queensbaymall on thursday, 24. . around 9 to 9:30 o clock . . at that time theres no queuing just a few waiting for their drinks. i stand in front of the cashier for about 1-2 minutes with no one entertain me . . whether to take my order or let me know to wait a moment . . at that time i saw your staff chatting loudly while the cashier i think take out ice cream cone from the box. . i wait for a moment to let her finish her work but after it took a long time . . i just said my order . .and your staff reply "kejap ye" without see my face. . the moment she said "kejap ye" than after a few second i reply "takpelah terima kasih". . theres no other customers why dont she just take my order which is less than 1 minute i think. or if she had closed order just say it to me . . its like someone stupid waiting there without any noticed from your staff. . pls educate your staff properly. . i also from fnb and my uppers always remind us...
