Really worst attitude, will never come again
-update-
Since this store is intent on distorting the facts, I have no choice but to clarify what actually happened.
Initially, I went to the locksmith next door to make a duplicate key. While waiting, I noticed a shop labeled “Kedai Buku” (“Bookstore”) beside it. I happened to need some colored paper, so I walked into this “bookstore” to ask if they sold it.
At that moment, a staff member holding a ruler, with an extremely impatient expression, walked toward the entrance. She pointed to an A4 paper posted on the door with the ruler and, in an extremely rude tone, told me, “It’s written here that we don’t sell stationery.” As soon as she said this, she turned and walked back into the store without looking back, wow her attitude beyond words.
Firstly, the wording on the A4 paper was hard to notice, especially under the bright sun. The sunlight was reflecting off it, making it difficult to read so i am not aware it. Besides, it was my first time there, and I might not even return. Instead of going through the trouble of walking to the door to point it out, wouldn’t it have been easier to simply say there’s no stationery here? I just thought I could buy a bit of stationery here, but I didn’t expect to be treated this way. Only after her “service” did I realize it was actually a “Christian bookstore.” I casually suggested that they make the sign more noticeable because it wasn’t easy to see. After that, I left the store.
In all my years, it’s not the first time I’ve accidentally walked into the wrong shop, but it’s the first time I’ve been treated so rudely. I couldn’t help but wonder: why couldn’t this staff calmly tell me, “We don’t sell stationery”? Was it because I wasn’t buying what they offered? Or did she assume I would never be their customer? Or perhaps she was just tired of being asked this question? But it was my first time visiting this store!
To express my dissatisfaction and remind the staff about her attitude, I left a one-star google review, saying “will never come again.” The response I received was completely unreasonable. Since when did “will never come again” turn into “pretending to be a customer”? There is a difference between “buy again” and “come again.” What I meant was that I will absolutely “never come again,” not “never buy again.” 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 And how was I being rude? Is suggesting that you make the “no stationery” sign larger considered rude? 🤣🤣🤣
It’s one thing if a business lacks friendliness or customer service, but why such hostility toward customers who walk in? Why smear and twist the facts? Is it wrong for a customer to walk into the wrong store? If you can’t tolerate customers entering by mistake, I suggest you change your store name instead of using “Kedai Buku” to avoid misleading people. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Thank you for your response. I can sense a positive change in your attitude, and I appreciate that you may recognise the problem and have offered a vague apology, which is reassuring. Perhaps your company has realized the seriousness of the matter, or perhaps there are other reasons. In any case, I would like you to provide a direct response to your previous comments, as your earlier reply contained inappropriate comment against me.
Your response described me as a “非常没有礼貌的人” Your response mentioned that I “但这个人依然非常无礼” Your response claimed that I was “故意充当是来光顾本店的顾客”

Read moreI chance upon this Christian bookshop on Google and decided to visit, hoping to find something nice for my children. The shop has a wide variety of items, and we ended up spending nearly an hour browsing. The staff were polite and didn’t interrupt us, allowing us to take our time exploring at our own pace. The lady boss was incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with us. Since it was our first time in the area, she even recommended nearby places to visit and where to buy some famous local goodies. Her hospitality was top-notch! We’ll definitely be back again and will recommend this bookstore to...
