Sasa Paradigm Mall — Attraction in Johor

I may not buy items here often, but I'm a Sasa member who loves to buy perfumes here. But here in Paradigm, are they judging their customers by their look? Last time i came here by dressing up nicely and i got treated quite well. But today, i dress like a tshirt and sweat pants, they didn't even assist me at all ! Until it made me think twice to purchase something here. At a certain point, i myself wanted to buy a perfume and seeked assistance from a lady who's working there (who is also known as 2nd PIC). I told her that i wanted this particular perfume to buy, and yet she asked me wether I want the new one or tester? Wait What ?! Why would I buy a tester??? And some more, almost all the customer were attended and assisted, except me ? So you guys here judge someone by their looks is it? So does my look asked you to not assist me ? So next time I'll dress well, and my well dressed look will ask you to assist me ? Seriously? Judging by look ? I've been to so many Sasa outlets all over JB, this service is...

I’ve been here two time..i just wanna buy makeup stocks and the staff were veryy arrogant..i need help by choosing makeup and holding the products but the staff just stood there and watch me with arrogant faces.. i love to buy makeup from sasa..but the staff? Very rude and arrogant..didnt really helping at all? Even the staff judge by looking at me entering the store..like why? Judging by my appereance can make you look good? No manners no attitude..will not come again..not...

During my visit 17/8 , I encountered a staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance, the staff made judgmental remarks and treated me in a disrespectful manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.I hope Sasa will look into this matter seriously and provide proper training to your staff to ensure that customers are treated professionally and respectfully...
