I have ordered my drinks using my app and I sat in front of the counter but nobody called me and tell me my drink was ready.
When I realised it has been a long wait, I approached the counter and saw the coffee with my name on the cup. And apparently it was done quite a while already and the ice has melted but nobody called my name. I asked them to re-do it but they refused to. Instead they blamed it on me and said they called me several times which I know is not true as I was sitting in front of the counter. Plus, the app is showing my drink is āpreparingā but they said they donāt know why and did not want to admit their mistake. I even showed proof of my app to your staffās face and the only answer given was she donāt know. What is this Zus? Are you too overwhelmed with new customers that you canāt train your staff to at least admit their mistake & provide decent service? The worst outlet is the Paradigm Mall outlet. I understand it's often busy with both walk-in and online orders, but that's NO EXCUSE for ignoring customers. After multiple visits, I've noticed two major issues:
Staff shortage: The outlet seems understaffed, leading to long waits. Lack of service skills: Staff often don't acknowledge customers or apologize for delays.
My latest experience was the final straw. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes, and when I asked about the wait time, the staff simply told me to wait a few more minutes without showing any courtesy & empathy. When I tried to ask him to serve me he looked at me and ignore. In total I have been waiting for more than 15mins standing in the line when thereās NO ONE IN THE LINE. Even when he gave me my drink he throw the straw on to the tray and give me the very disrespectful face.
I never leave a review but this kind of service from zus coffee is unacceptable. I wont drink Zus coffee anymore and will not recommend anyone to drink it unless you wanted to be treat as a slave.
