Update 7th jan 2022 : I already purchased tickets on TGV apps, that easy. Then after myb 15-20 minutes, i felt like wanna hv snack while watching movie, so i decide to buy F&B on TGV apps.. Unfortunately, They already deduct my money in bank acc, but i dont get any booking number, even the apps cannot trace it... So i think they will sent me an email. But.. This time, i dont get any email or booking numbers, actually this already happened to me when i buy via TGV apps, but last time i get the confirmation email.

So i just show up at F&B counter, and they ask me to show the proof of deduction at front desk.

The guys assist me very polite guy.. I dont remember his name😅. he asked me to fulfill a form, then he make a new receipt & gve to me for redemption my snack.

So if u guys face the same issue like me.. Just ask at front desk, they will assist u.

Btw, u also can buy tickets at kiosk and can buy snack direct at counter.

So u will hv 2 option.. Buy online via apps or just walk in and buy at kiosk..

I wanted to give 10star.. Because alllllll tgv toppen staff so helpful and always smile☺️ From front desk, staff at F&B, at ticket in and out counter. All great.. And lounge room also soooo nice... Look like hotel. Lobby style.. i definitely will repeat to tgv toppen.

Ouh.. Who wanted to bring kids watch cinema also can.. Just pick the ' family friendly ' They hv special Place for kids play.. No worries, all in family friendly hall is feel Like home, kids can play, make noise and so on.. No one will angry.. Bcause they already mention '' family friendly hall''.
