The Chicken Rice Shop @ Toppen Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Johor

Worst service ever. The staff all very slow like never eat for 10 days. I have been waiting at waiting area located outside of the premises and no other person waited behind me too (means it is non peak hours). There is several tables available yet the counter staff never approach us to proceed with seating. Are you dreaming at counter and waiting for the customer to wake you up from dreaming? Again, we waited for the staff to take order but still no one approached us. I have decided to go the counter to made the order. I only wanted to order rojak and wanton sup but it's unavailable. So why we need to wait for the item that is not available. Your staff really works slow, please improve the effectiveness of the operations otherwise it's very irritating. I didn't expect any apologies, please re-train your staff increase the effectiveness...

Poor service. After ordering staff came to inform that chicken of choice was out of stock, needed to wait 20 min. So we changed to another chicken. After waiting for 10 minutes, she came back saying chicken rice not available, asking us to change to plain rice..

1. Place was not busy/high turnover rate
2. Its lunch period.

Service is slow, not so good as we had to fetch our cutlery and the server could not be bother to place the rice or side dishes accordingly for each diner. The food was nice except that the ayam bakar was not cooked properly with blood oozing out and a portion of veins or arteries looking reddish. It taste nice but when considering the risk, we notified the staff, opting not to consume further. They asked if we want them to cook some more or cancel. We went for cancel option. Didn't really expect a discount but they gave a discount. So there was at least an attempt to recover...
