Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Appreciation for Efficient Lost & Found Service

On the evening of 28 May 2025 at approximately 7:15 pm, my wife and I were enjoying dinner at Leisure Mall. After our meal, we realized that our car key was missing, and we suspected it might have been misplaced somewhere within the mall premises.

I immediately approached a security guard on duty near the Go Noodle House for assistance. The security officer promptly informed me that someone had found a car key near the Popular Bookstore restroom and had handed it over to the Customer Service counter at LG level.

Thanks to the swift and efficient action of your staff, I was able to retrieve our car key at 7:26 pm from the Customer Service counter. I am sincerely grateful to everyone involved—from the person who found the key, to the security personnel, and the Customer Service team—for their professionalism and promptness in handling the lost and found process.

This experience has left a very positive impression on us, and I would like to take this opportunity to commend the entire team for their excellent service and care for customers.

Out of my decades of experience in Leisure Mall, i think the time that i went recently was the most beautifull of all. Such a creative decoration done by their designers. The name of the building itself really suits the environment. Very nice place to spend time with your loved ones.

The market is at the ground floor whereas the outlet restaurants are at the higher floors. There's even xiaomi outlet as well. There are even Mcdonalds,Burger King and Old Town White Coffee here.

Wether you come during the weekends or Weekdays, it is still lively and fun to enjoy your day. I would say that their toilets are one of the good ones too compare to other shopping malls. Its clean, have descent low vol music,nice lighting and low vol dryer. Overall, Cheras Leisure Mall is one of the best shopping mall ive been so far and there will be more beautiful scenery to come...
