The Parenthood MyTown — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Nice and clean indoor playground for babies & small kids. The space is huge/spacious with plenty of seating places for the parents.

This place is filled with interesting play areas such as the interactive video game, slides, obstacles and trampolines.

Kids should avoid wearing jeans or cotton pants for better experience.

1 kid entry entitles 1 guardian's entry. Extra guardian's entry costs RM5. Unlimited playtime, can play until 9pm. Can go in & out with the wristband intact.

Parents can purchase snacks for their kid(s) from the kiosk. Ice cream only available during weekends, due to limited stock. Covid oh covid...

Toilets(unisex) are available inside. It's clean enough. It's our responsibility to keep the toilet clean. Educate your kids, maybe yourself too.

Various toys & kids clothing also sold in here. Some are reasonably priced, some are a bit pricey.

The front staff is nice & polite. The place is sanitized regularly.

It's recommended to visit this place during weekdays for lesser crowd & significantly cheaper entry fee (RM19.50 vs RM39.50). It's way much cheaper than Jungle Gym Atria & has improved a lot compared to the last few...

This playground reopened in May 2025 after renovations, so it's still very clean and new. I didn’t see how it was before, but compared to other playgrounds inside MyTown, this one is by far the cleanest.

In Malaysia, things often don’t get fixed until they’re broken, so I’m not sure how long it will stay in good condition. If you want to visit, now is a good time. Unfortunately, some of the equipment already shows signs of damage, which makes me worry how long it will last.

There’s a sign that says, “No outside food or drinks allowed in the playland.” If we take the grammar literally, I suppose that means food and drinks from inside the land are totally fine. So, feel free to grab something from the café and enjoy your snack while climbing around — because nothing says “safe play” like greasy fingers and sticky slides!

One big downside is the toilet. By the afternoon, it's often soaked and messy. They provide sandals for the toilet, but since the floor is wet, the area around the sandals also gets wet. By the evening, you might not even want...

This is my second time here in The Parenthood Melawati Mall and it was very disappointing. Your staff is very untrained and inefficient in dealing with customers . They are not only slow but rude . I have a special needs son and he was so aggigated waiting for so long to enter . My husband made the payment already but the 2 Malay inexperienced girls (Datin) at the counter said system was dowm. I asked if they can allow my son in first and they say said cannot and they kept wasting time as if they were not familiar with the system . I've been to so many bigger brands playland and they staff is well trained and friendly and accommodating towards children especially special needs kids. Please train your staff and ensure they represent your brand . I am disappointed and mmwill not visit this place again . I will rather go back to ajungle Gym BangsarShopong centre.
