The only food trucks I frequent at this night market is Wan Langkawi Char Kuey Teow and ANR Food (yellow truck selling Yong tau foo, lokching, bakso and ramyeon soup). Tried the other food trucks but not to my taste, perhaps will suit others. Wan Langkawi Char Kuey Teow recommendations: Prawn Char Kuey Teow (not Penang style, this one has gravy), Kuey Teow Goreng Kerang (this is similar to Penang's CKT), Bihun Goreng Ayam ANR Food (yellow truck) recommendations: Black Pepper Grilled Lokching (must-try! heat from the pepper sauce 👍đŸģ) served as yong tau foo (ask for sauce, not soup) đŸĨ° I handle heat well so this is great!

Strolling through the Pantai Cenang Night Market was an absolute highlight of my Langkawi trip. The atmosphere is lively, with the aroma of sizzling street food filling the air and colorful stalls lining the streets. I indulged in delicious Nasi Lemak wrapped in banana leaves and couldn’t resist the sweet Apam Balik pancakes. Beyond the food, there were unique handmade crafts and souvenirs that captured the local culture beautifully. The market operates from around 6 PM, and it’s best to arrive early to beat the crowds. A must-visit for anyone wanting to experience authentic Malaysian street life!

That's slightly cheaper than in Europe, but in neighboring Thailand for that money you can get 2. So if you have nothing to compare with, it's good to go have some local night market experience. Otherwise, you may be...
