This Arab restaurant truly exceeded our expectations! Their falafel, falafel wraps, pizzas, kebabs, and baba ganoush are absolutely delicious. The freshly baked in-house bread is a standout – soft, warm, and incredibly fresh.

Coming from KL, where we've dined at top-tier places like Yahala and Hadramawt Kitchen on Jalan Ampang, we were pleasantly surprised by this humble yet extraordinary establishment. During our 6-day stay in Langkawi, we kept coming back here because it consistently outshined other outlets.

Many restaurants along Cenang Street simply don't measure up, with slower service and underwhelming food. In contrast, the experience here was exceptional. Located right next to Chenang mall, the shop is easy to find. What's even easier is making a decision on what to eat: the grilling meat smells delicious and entices you from your first step in.

The service is fast and attentive, you get your food within a few minutes if you order Shwarma, but a bit longer if it's pizza or freshly grilled items.

My experience with the meat skewer here is above average, I really liked the inclusion of tomatoes and onion with the meat. Although a bit lacking punch in salt (you can always add more by yourself!) It was quite tasty and the vegetables were grilled to perfection. My main concern is the meat, part of it was very nice, but parts of it were dry from either overcooking or being improperly stored.

Best lunch we have had in quite some time

Location essentially looks like a kebab shop and there is nothing inviting about the exterior - but the food is outrageously good! The standard is as good as anything I have experienced in the finest Middle Eastern restaurants or hotels.

The hummus - words fail - served with fresh bread just out of the oven. We had the vine leaves, the fattoush, falafel, shawarma both beef and chicken and then some more hummus because … just because!

As if that wasn’t enough to sell the place … the desserts !! The Chocolate lava cake was dark and moist with the perfect melting centre and the baclava was a perfect balance of crisp pastry, crumbly pistachios and honey syrup!
