family I booked a chalet for 4 nights at this "Resort". Sandecond day I went on the beach with my son for a walk and my husband went out. Because we were going for a walk on the beach I have left my purse home that contained my driving licence, my ID and money. Next day when I looked for my purse I couldn't find it in the room, therefore I checked and rechecked all the luggges to make sure is really missing. After filling a report with the police we found out that the CCTV facing our room have been disconnected 3 minutes after we have left the room. Abviously they have used a key to get in and just took the purse. After speaking to the manager of the hotel no resolution was offered. Our 3rd day staying at this hotel got more interesting when the staff of the hotel locked us in our room. After several times speaking to them on WhatsApp and telling them to come and unlock the door they were just telling us to wait 1 minutes. That 1 minute turned into 1 hour and 20 minutes. Bear in mind at this point my 9 year old son was scared and I was having a panick attack. We rang the police and when the police came the manager unlocked the door. Of course we took out belongings and checked out from this hotel. And this is exactly what they wanted. The owner didn't contact me at all and the manager didn't give me the owners phone number when requested. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NICE, RELAXING, PROBLEM FREE HOLIDAY....

We were also informed that dogs might take our shoes at night, which was unsettling. The washrooms were in terrible condition, with a bidet but no shower head, making it nearly impossible to use.||||We were a group of 10 people, including four children, and had booked three family rooms. Due to severe hygiene and safety concerns, we left the hotel within 20 minutes of arrival. Since we were from a different country and traveling with kids, we didn’t feel safe making a complaint to management, so we left quietly. Unfortunately, our refund request was rejected. However, I wasn’t willing to compromise the safety and health of my kids.||||Additionally, the resort only serves Malay food for breakfast, and we were informed that we’d need to pay extra for an omelette. The resort doesn’t serve alcohol, which was another disappointment. Overall, the entire place felt dirty and old.||||This information should be clearly stated in the description to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.||||Agoda helped me to get 30% and hotel scam for the rest.
