Atlantis Malacca WaterPark Residence Homestay Block A-35-04, 3 Days & 2 Night Stay on Monday, May 12th 2025, checking in at 15:00Hrs, was an unsatisfactory due to inappropriate maintenance inside their residential premises:
i] The above unit number: Block A-35-04 wasn't well maintained by the low quality Alviv Managements Employers & Employees. The hall air-conditioning wasn't cold due to insufficient gas during our stay. After complaining to the low quality Alviv Managements employees who doesn't want to identified herself during interactions and did only mentioned that she's the admin. How ignorant ?
ii] "Low Quality" Atlantis Waterpark Residence Homestay Alviv Management employees contact-cellular mobile phone number provided: +6018-766-1993 [09:00Hrs - 18:00Hrs, was unreachable after numerous of calls failed to reach [YC], awake or asleep ?
ii] 2nd attempts trying to reach their low quality employees contact-cellular mobile phone number provided: +6018-960-1993 [18:00Hrs - 22:00Hrs, were also unreachable after numerous of calls failed, maybe Zhi Yi were asleep huh ?
iii] 3rd attempts trying hard again to reach out to their low quality employees contact-cellular mobile phone number provided: +6011-3971-9679 [09:00Hrs - 22:00Hrs, were also unreachable after numerous of calls failed to reach [Ter]. Don't tell me that their low quality employees were sleeping like a baby especially on Public Holidays [Wesak Day]. What the hell is happening huh ? All the three cellular mobile phone number provided were rigging but nobody pick up the god damn phones.
iv] We have been experiencing power disruptions the second day of stay, on Tuesday, May 13th 2025, from 10:00Hrs, inside our residential premises, even when the low quality Agoda employees were being informed about the outages and it was beyond my expectations that they doesn't have any clues for their valuable customers who were experiencing power supply disruptions inside their residential premises units ???
v] Later only the Agoda low quality employees started sending me a text messages through WhatsApp on, Tuesday, May 13th 2025, [A Backdated Time: 10:40Hrs, after my complaints, what a big joke huh, after investigation from the low quality Atlantis Waterpark Residence Homestay Alviv Management employees after feedback, which stated the above premises managements had shut down the main power supply of the entire blocks for maintenance purposes inside their residential premises units due to the maintenance in progress of their 11 kilovolts substation by TNB personnels started from 10:00Hrs - 17:00Hrs. Did you know that, what surprised me was why Agoda Booking Com wasn't been notified and it's really a hassle when reaching too many parties involved.
vi] It's a matter of principles after sales, since the above payment amount of MYR 750.18, were successful paid through to Agoda Booking Com, online banking transaction on Wednesday, May 7th 2025, before checking into the low quality Atlantis Waterpark Residence Homestay Alviv Managements Malacca.
vii] Did you know that it's inappropriate after sales and services provided to me in Malacca during vacation was unsatisfactory while on my second trips bookings through the low quality Agoda Booking Com employees.
viii] Later only on Tuesday, May 13th 2025, Time: 18:00Hrs. The air conditioning technician who attended my complaints had came to my residential premises to check out the outdoor compressor. After checking and rectified he described that there's a leakage and it was due to insufficient gas. It was been refilled and it was running back to normal after services.
ix] Don't tell me that after complaining to the low quality Atlantis Waterpark Residence Homestay Alviv Managements employees who doesn't even maintain before subletting out to the low quality Agoda Booking Com valuable customers. How ignorant ???

Traffic jammed to enter the condo...QR code scan at the Guard House!!!....MYS: do it at the entrance of parking and lobby
Guest without QR code not allowed to enter...only 2 QR code per apartment...some apartment can stay for more than 6 pax means car more than 2....MYS : allow to enter using visitor car pass and park at parking surrounding condo...no need to go to visitor car park...special QR will be released by owner request...
Only one(1) lift card and one(1) unit card given to guest...MYS: provide two(2) for easy moveabout...owner has to be charged if more than two(2)....up to owner to charge to guest
No ON DUTY Management Office staff or security officer...all depends on Nepal / Bangladesh foreign worker.....MYS: put one person in charge on rotating basis ...charge the owner
Lift has to 'PUSH and WIN'.....MYS: separate lift within floor ie: floor 1-10 - 2 lift, floor 11-20: 2 lift, floor 21-38 2 lift....easy for guest to get lifted.
Swimming Pool for children not clear to guest, owner and security guard....Owner reply on instruction to follow SOP, children below 12 years old are not encourage to enter...signage at pool : children below 12 years old are not allowed to enter....2 different wordings and meaning...children has no physical distancing,,,do you think adult have??? ... these disappointed the small children...moreover, no physical distancing when line-up to enter swimming pool, no temperature taken...WE'RE BEING CHEATED....MYS: blast to owner whatapps on condo mgmt stands on 26 august 2020...frequent talk to them thru whatapps, use the social tools to communicate...stop make the guest angry with owner....
No pick up of calls of Management Office when guest contacting....you cannot run away of problems..MYS: activate hp no. for whatapps....listen to guest voice....reply as earlier as you can....guest will understand.
If you think that the place is not suitable for homestay...please close to public...

( 3 SEP till 5th SEP) yesterday me& my family wanted to swim at swimming pool , we did not wear facemask , we understand that they hv their rules! but management staff named ( Aimin) very rude and talking nonse use the words ' mau gaduh kah' why he did not say with proper way ? Thn this morning management staff mr.aimin already apologize wht hpn yesterday! But today also we went for swim , today they said new rules that we can't wear T-Shirt and swim ! Management staff Mr.Zubli very2 rude and let others those are wearing T-shir let them in to swim , but we can't??? I feel management staff some are raciest! I already post some pictures that people are wearing T-Shirt and swim in the pool. It's not fair to everyone and sorry to say you can see many Malay's are wearing T-shir and swim including guys too! We not pay very cheap for homestay but the management is very2 poor! I wanted the management to improve their management staff to how to behave to the customers!!!!😡😡😡 And must treat all equally!!! Not raciest! Bad experience ever!!!! I m not raciest but I feel they treat Indian very2 bad , for the facemask and didn't allowed us to swim in the pool! Why I am telling this because without mask and wearing T-shir others religion can swim! For proof I uploaded some pictures! Videos already in the management for yesterday issues! That's why today they apologized!
