THIS REVIEW IS FOR UNIT NO. B-12-02. THE GOOD - Clean unit & room. - Unit got kitchen c/w kettle, elec. stove, fridge & basic utensils. - Swimming pool is fun & kids friendly. Got section for kids & adult. THE BAD - Booked a unit; B-12-02 via AirBNB on 23 - 24/10/22 for deepavali stay. - Checkin supposedly at 3.00pm. But due to stupid reason, received keys from owner/key holder at 5.00pm. Req. for extended checkout but rejected by the key holder. Bs. - Swimming pool need to wear mask b4 entry & book earlier (lambat tak dpt) with limited time. PAKAI MASK MASA MANDI KOLAM? Haha. - Early morning got interrupted with multiple call by key holder; just to be reminded to checkout b4 12.00noon. Kau sendiri bg kunci lewat, pastu xsabar² nak halau kami keluar. Bs. - Worst customer service. VERDICT - THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. - Its a single unit apartment that promoted to 1-room-homestay with shared pools. - Jacuzzi, sauna is STRICTLY FOR RESIDENT USE only. - Not recommeded to stay during ph or anyday. - If u plan to stay here coz the swimming pool, pls consider other places as u might frustated & disappointed sbb xdpt masuk. - Overall worst exp; especially how the key holder communicate to customer.

Smooth check in and check process. Clean house. Sea view.. kudos Host!! Brought my pup along on this staycation since the host remarked pets allowed. Next day morning I brought my pup totally out from the residence thru guard post for a morning walk (ps: i used pet carrier and did not let my puppy down at any cost in the residence common area). When about to go back the guards stopped me did not allow both me n pup back to the residence. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Beware of some BELACAN management staff who might confront you "anjing tak boleh bawa dalam residence awak tau taktau? Awak dari mana?" End up me n pup sat stranded at the guard house till my friend drive out to fetch both me and pup back to the residence. Check out at 12pm.. strong wind and all lift are not working. I got to take up staircase with my 70yo parents from 21st floor to 6th floor carpark. Overall i had an awful experience with the management there.

Visit date: 30 Jan - 1 Feb 2025 Very well maintained and managed residence with tight house rules and security. The mini theme park is a big plus for families with kids. The control to enter the pool area is good - every guest must present your access card and must be dressed in correct swimwear before allowed to enter. There’s also time slots for the pool sessions, do take note of the timing in the lift notice. There’s mini mart downstairs at level 1 block B. A small cafe with lots of light food and snacks also available near the swimming pool entrance at level 7. Do note that during peak periods, the car park can have “jam” during check out timings - we were stuck in a standstill trying to exit the parking and only managed to get down to one level after 10 mins. No parking issue as there are 3 designated levels (level 4,5,6) for visitors / homestay guests.

This place is so amazing. It literally has everything you've ever dreamed, like the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, playground, convenience store, and salon. It has the 40th floor and the scenery from this incredibly beautiful. It is also near a jonker walk. The staff is also really nice and approcable. But the lift when I was there does not function properly . I wisely choose the correct date to stay here. If not, it will be totally packed. Fill with the laughter of young kids playing at the swimming pool on my last day. It also provides cutlery, microwave, induction stove, iron along with iron board, hair dryer, washing machines, and detergent. Overall, my experience staying at this place is one of the best experiences that I will never forget, and if I have another chance to stay here, I will.

I recently stayed at Atlantis Residence in Melaka, and while most aspects of the accommodation were acceptable, the parking situation was a major letdown. Visitors are only allowed to park on Levels 4, 5, and 6, and there seems to be a double standard in management as only luxury cars are permitted to park outside. This unfair treatment is frustrating. To make matters worse, the check-out process is extremely time-consuming due to the parking system. It took over an hour just to exit the parking area, which is completely unacceptable and a waste of time. Until the management resolves these parking issues, I cannot recommend staying here. It's disappointing that such a basic facility is so poorly managed.

Amazing place to stay when you're visiting melaka. Short drive to the main attraction, have abundance of facilities you can use here. (Swimming pool, arcade, gym etc) Very good system for guests, the guards guide you through and are well briefed for Airbnb guests. My unit was well furnished and very comfortable, comes with fully readied kitchen where you just bring ingredients. Washing machine and drying rack. Water filter. Basically all you need and more in a trip For buyers, the location is very good however there might be some piping system issue. Our toilet had some leaking and the heating system is inconsistent. If you're facing the pool, it'll be noisy during the day.
