could be the most recent review posted here mid of sept,2022 worst stay ever If I could rate this a no-star, I would have rated.
The entire tower is EXTREMELEY undermanaged. There were only three security guards working at the whole towers, each at the entrance, the exit and the lobby. There was no receptionist whatsoever.
It was obvious that more than half of the units of the building were vacant. (3rd photo uploaded) One of the ceiling of the corridor outside our room collapsed. (1st photo uploaded) (TOWER A, 6TH FLOOR) There were also signs showing "PARK YOUR CAR AT THE PARKING LOT AT YOUR OWN RISK" all around the parking lots. The wallpaint of our room was chipped (2nd photo uploaded), the kitchen was a little dusty and there were lots of fingerprints on the mirror in our room. The mall on the lower floor of the building seemed like a big project from outside but was completely left abandoned. (5th photo uploaded)The entire towers felt like a complete ghost town with non-working CCTV around and no lights at all during night time at the parking lot. It felt extremely unsafe. We travelled as a couple, had booked via AIRBNB for a three nights stay there mid of Sept,2022. The total stay for three nights cost us around Rm300. It was priced average for condo but an extremely rip-off due to safety reasons. It was during our second night that the building's alarm rang around 3:45am, we panicked and were extremely frightened since we had no idea what was going on. non of the phone numbers provided by the Imperio Residence worked online, nor phone number of the host to contact, and the lobby was far and only accessible via the elevator. There was a phone attached to the wall in our room but it did not work. We dared not to unlock our door to have a look at other occupied units with tenants to check the reason underlying behind the ring of the doorbell, you never know, the bell could be pressed purposely for theft or anything, we thought it was unlikely caused by smoke since the building did not smoke alarms based on the room infos stated on AIRBNB. After a while around 4 close to 5 am, we decided that we had to do something, quickly packed. fleed the building for our own good. (PS. There was also sound of something dripping from the level above when we were asleep*)
This is based on my most personal opinion and experience, I do not recommend anyone to book your stay here for safety concerns.
I hope this place gets unlisted before...
Read moreStaying in this place is the worst experience I ever have during the trip. The hygiene in the room is very bad.
In this situation, it is impossible to shower because the floor drain clogged right after my hair getting wet. The bathroom is flooded! We had requested to change room.
However there were still the similars problem in the room
Lastly, in that circumstance a traveler after a long journey and checked in but being served to that kind of room condition was very indignant. In addition, the customer service experience was very bad. No single apologies from them like they know the room conditions are terrible. Although they agreed for a room changed, the service staff was very impolite and unfriendly. They asked customers to pack up and go to the counter within 5 minutes (this timeline given was when i’m on my halfway shower) and this is just because the staff needed to leave on time.
We paying the money but being treated in this terrible accommodation. We are in a mess and rushed to the counter with a bunch of luggage. This is a very horrible experience in this stay and the process of dealing with the staff was really terrible.

Read moreI recently rented an apartment that was advertised as having a private jacuzzi, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. For starters, the apartment lacked a comfortable sofa; instead, there were several cheaply furnished beds with super hard pillows and obviously low-quality blankets and bedding. Although the apartment was generally clean, several issues quickly became apparent. For instance, the bathroom's shower curtain had developed mold from prolonged humidity, clearly indicating a lack of proper maintenance by the landlord.
Worse still, the so-called private jacuzzi was completely out of order, and most of the chairs were broken, seemingly placed there just for decoration. Even the additional amenity—a massage chair—appeared outdated and did nothing to improve the overall experience.
To make matters even more unpleasant, after I checked out, the landlord claimed damages, alleging that the blankets had been ruined during my stay. While I agreed to cover reasonable compensation, the landlord not only berated me over the phone but also threatened to call the police. Faced with such unprofessional behavior, I had no choice but to block his number to avoid further harassment.
This rental experience was a stark reminder of how drastically reality can fall short of advertised promises. I strongly advise anyone considering similar accommodations to thoroughly inspect all facilities and document their condition with photos and records to protect yourself from any unjust claims later on. Unless you are extremely price-sensitive and have no quality requirements, I do not recommend...
