Eggxtra Cafe — Restaurant in Malacca

As one of your regular customer, I have obligation to let you know that the malay waitress was really rude, and it was not first time but today really messed me up. I was totally insulted by her and I will never ever visit Eggxtra again.

We do not put anger at all (another insult) to update mysejahtera status, check your cctv, we all updating the mysejahtera as we know it is SOP. I am wondering how the incident was told as we were angry because of updating mysejahtera? Come on!! See your other comments and feedback, you sure because of that? Or because of the attitude of the staff? I do not surprised when seeing other giving such feedback at all.

After we done on mysejahtera, we asked for Menu politely ("Miss, Menu ya"), your malay waitress "shout and stared at us" : "Boleh sabar tak? Kalau boleh sabar tunggu ya, kalau x boleh sabar x apa". She even told other customers in the restaurant and your staff that we are not "sabar"!!! Your customers and your staff laughed at me because not sabar? I just asked for MENU!!! She can just reply "coming" but seem like she is puting all her anger on us... "Boleh sabar tak?" Haha. On your cctv and see the truth!!!! It is not about Mysejahtera but the attitude of your staff.(not the 1st time already, but this time really make me feel disappointed with her service). But its ok la. Not going to visit...

Eggxtra Cafe The first I enter they welcome us and when I leave the cafe they say thanks to is great compliment🥰 Food , quality , Service , place worth with the price! They have good service but can add little bit friendly will be great,food was healthy concept they bring to their menu with (No Msg Moto) is good to know that Eggxtra Cafe concern with healthiness but still delicious and not less of taste! This place ideal to having (breakfast,lunch or dinner). What unique for me is their breakfast that I call it Up 2 u breakfast,where you can decide your own condiment with choose view of dish on your breakfast plate !don’t worry all is healthy items and come with bread. Another option if you are on Keto diet they over (broccoli fried rice-low carb) or (Fried kwetiou Konjac). And those fans of western food Salted chicken chop is good idea to try! it’s come with 2 side dish which you can choose what u want. This week we had a nasty experienced at this foodoutlet. The lady plum operator was rude when she demanded to review our mysejahtera vaccination status. “I volunteer with KKM. We had Covid19 patrons before. Bla bla”. We exchange glances and felt what does this woman respond got to do with us. My other half went in and had temperature check revealing 37.5 as was under the hot sun coming out of the car parked nearby. Forgot to cool down before registration. Second time showed temperature went down to 36.2. I replied we were under the hot sun so naturally temperature would be slightly above 37.0. I cited that the lady operator or supervisor was very rude. We quickly without hesitation decides to leave. No need to contribute to the economy of this outlet. The lady supervisor was also not apologetic. Her actions spoke loud and clear- get out. Nice food outlet like this in the heart of busy Malacca city owner should send their staff for customer courtesy training on how to greet their clients and explain nicely what is the current SOP. No need for gangster style...
