Her Coffee — Restaurant in Malacca

Quite disappointed as I came with high expectations. The barista long black cannot make n tastes blend (family mart rm2.90 coffee taste superior compared to this rm10 plus bad coffee).Not good.

The lemon cake too sour n over sweet, and the sponge inside it is kinda of mushy... Just off. Half left uneaten and thrown

Affogattoo just as bad. Jelly coffee is so so and probably already the best in this what we ordered. Total is like rm50

Service below average. We are just like 2 metres from the counter. We waited for perhaps 10min for the drink preparation, and when the drinks were ready, we are asked to go to the counter to collect it. It's a relatively empty cafe on Saturday afternoon at around 1 pm. Apart from us, there is just one other single customer that is already seated. I don't understand why the staff cannot walk 2m to serve us, after we waited 10min in an empty cafe.

The ambience here is ok. We were having a nice chat n photo taking in soft music. All turned downhill when the order is ready.

If food is not that great, they really must buck up on the service. Else, it will continue to be...

Nice atmosphere, clean & neat cafe. Beverages here are good. Great place to hangout.

The only negative point I would have to say is that there is a particular beverage from their menu that I would love to try but its not available. After coming here 3 times over a span of 2 months, that same item is still not available. Then the staff mentioned that the item is temporarily pulled out from stock.

Here's the thing, if your item is not gonna be available for a period of time then I think its best to put a remark on the menu or remove it so that you don't get your customers confused or disappointed.

Came here for the first time while the shop is just 3 months old, atmosphere is clean and quiet, good for sit back and enjoy a quiet afternoon. The washroom is clean as well.

The shop serves pastry on top of their coffee that is priced reasonable. Latte taste ok, and the juice taste good.

The waitress is friendly and quite helpful introducing their beverage to fit different needs, but they will not serve the food to your table and you may have to collect their food from the bar counter.

Overall, a pleasant experience with no major complaint. It would be great if the shop offer more variety of pastry or...
