Booked at Agoda where it is managed by Let's Stay. Room was awesome and it has everything. 1. 100mbps internet 2. TV with android box 3. Sofa 4. Hair dryer 5. Kitchen 6. Wash and dry washing machine 7. Iron and iron board 8. Large washroom with bathtub 9. Cupboard Very clean unit and well maintained. But there is no 24 hours reception like a hotel. There was a guy at the tower B lobby holding the receipts and house key for check in. Didn't have any issue as it was smooth and checkout take less than 5 minutes after getting back rm 100 deposit. Will be back again to book under the same Let's Stay management.

The pros and cons are pretty clear. They do have good views from the windows, clean and renovated rooms for a very affordable price. But the whole building is old and some pipes were not working well during our stay which makes the toilet a bit smelly at times. We also switched rooms due to the first room we stayed in smelling like cigarettes. If you have more money you can definitely find better options, but for the price I’ve paid I would consider this as a fair place to stay.

It was an okay experience. Booked thru agoda under let’s stay. Stayed at tower B facing swimming pool. Room was spacious, clean, have hairdryer have iron bath tub, clean toilet and beds, have induction cooker, fridge everything basic. Seamless check in process thru whatssap. Need to pay rm100 depo and rm10 parking fee lol. Have a mart downstairs. The parking lot is a bit weird. once you go down they bring you straight to main road. You cannot go back to the lobby.

It was an okay experience. Booked thru agoda under let’s stay. Stayed at tower B facing swimming pool. Room was spacious, clean, have hairdryer have iron bath tub, clean toilet and beds, have induction cooker, fridge everything basic. Seamless check in process thru whatssap. We have 6Aldult 2Children, book at agoda, host by Micasa.

Check in was hassle free as guidance was provided via WhatsApp on the check in day. Downside. Was informed that hot water not available for jacuzzi pool on the check in day itself as we eyed on the jacuzzi facility as main point. Didn't know that without hot water on a windy floor, it's not really possible as it's pretty cool. Sadly speaking, jacuzzi pool WASNT UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS as it's malfunction. Pressure cannot adjust, some jet is not working, when we flush the jaccuzi all the dirt is pumping out from bottom air jet...

Rubbish bag was too small even for our pizza box and we have to bring over own rubbish bag and throw it out as it attract ants just merely 3hours when we were out for dinner.

All the cabinet inner wasn't clean properly, dusty and many black dirt dun know is moldy or insect drops.

Extra pillow is just randomly put in the tall cabinet, some pillow spoil. Cotton fall off...

What we see is a small studio house, 1 bedroom with shower washroom, 1 powder room no shower. If you are looking at 6-8paxs, this room is having only 1 bathroom + 1toilet is not a...
