Lived here for more than a year. Have lived in many condominiums and serviced residences.
Pros: Looks good. Good location next to MRT and shopping areas. Big bathrooms. Tap water is very clean and does not smell or taste like chlorine. Internet here is very fast. Soundproofing on the windows is excellent. Low occupancy rate so there is no crowding around lifts and you rarely have to wait for other people before you get to your floor. Security seems to be fairly good so far. Public facilities are well equipped.
Cons: โขCheap and low quality access-card-scanners that struggle to detect your card. โขBadly planned - lobby is difficult to access for visitors (there is no entrance from the parking lot so you have to walk out of the parking lot entrance again with the cars and through the main entrance). Imagine doing that at a mall! โขBadly built - either cheap materials used for building or no QC (public walls and floors keep falling apart and developing holes only to be haphazardly patched up before falling apart again. the residential units are full of defects made by the building contractor that cannot be fixed without some expense) โขMaintenance can be improved - floors are cleaned every day in the condo itself but trash on the floors of the parking lot can go for days without being cleaned. Trash in public dustbins also go days without cleaning so they invite trails of roaches, ants, and bad smells. โขInternet is monopolized by one company. No streamyx, no unifi, no TIME, no astro broadband, no competition allowed. It goes down quite often and it's hard to contact the service provider. โขLifts move VERY SLOWLY. Sometimes, two lifts arrive at once. Sometimes, they arrive on your floor but don't open. โขPublic doors are VERY HEAVY for no discernible reason and very noisy, beeping loudly when you use your access card and when the doors are open...

The pool was infinity by design with various depth. Like the hammock hanging over the shallow part of the pool, a great way to laze around for some sun or just let the afternoon breeze glaze over.
There is a wading pool for the kids and lounge chairs were located all around the pool. Some nice rattan style bench was place under a walk deck to provide some shades if not keen to chill under the sun.
Our host took us for a tour on the available facilities on the tower. There was a Dance studio with nice flooring complete with barre for a little ballet work if you fancy. There is a lounge area just outside the studio. An open yoga deck and some swings chair to catch the view of KLCC or even Genting at night. All this located at 45 floor(if my memory is working all right)
Oh I nearly missed, there is a large hall if you are thinking to organised a fancy event, one that could comfortably accommodate 80pax and more. Wanna watch movie with all your buddies, can do so at the theater room.
There is also racquet ball court and I believe if any of you are slam dunker there are hoops hanging around somewhere.
The host unit was facing a golf course, such a pretty view to wake up to. Oh yah there is a mall and its upcoming Tropicana Garden. I heard there will be the biggest garden Starbucks in whole of Klang Valley. Looking forward to it.
Well the whole place looks...

Opposite of Tropicana Gardens is Dataran Sunway. A heaven place for F&B lovers and night social hangout. Spoiled with plenty of choices. There's plenty of banks around this area as well, so there's no worry about your banking transaction needs.
