I’m writing this heartfelt testimony about my experience with Organic Hair Professional Since 2021, and my first time in Malaysia, this has been the only salon I trust with my hair. I always ask for Danny—he’s an expert who truly listens to my requests.

The first time, Danny cut my hair. After that, he did my hair treatments, and since then, I've visited this salon over six times. His professionalism and expertise are remarkable. At this point, I hardly have to tell him what I want because of the trust we’ve built over the years. Whether I need a haircut or a treatment, he knows exactly how to style my hair.

Today, on October 1, I came in for a haircut and decided to treat myself to highlights. Danny recommended the highlights along with a scalp treatment, and I felt completely confident with his suggestions.

Thank you, Danny, for always being so accommodating and recommending what’s best for my dry hair. I also want to thank Suk, who assisted with redoing my hair—he was so gentle while washing my hair and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I also want to highlight how clean the salon is, with a lovely view from the outside, and the high-quality service they provide. I highly recommend Organic Hair Professional.

Whenever I visit, I always look for Danny, and if he’s unavailable, he recommends one of his trusted colleagues. Danny and Suk are both excellent.

As a side note, I was so impressed with their service that I recommended my friend from Australia to visit the salon during her trip here. She was equally happy and satisfied.

Came here for an ash grey colour root top up for my long ash grey hair, but ended up getting a ribena purple coloured extra short hair. Almost broke down crying in the saloon, wanted to leave soon but man, do they take things slow. The "saloon assistant" was even gaslighting me into saying I look good in it eventho I don't. FYI. I did pointed to the hairdresser that the colour I want is that but he insisted that the colour will fade after a few washes. To clarify, that the previous saloon only had to bleach my hair once (i know the limits of my hair) to get the colour I want. But they insisted I need to bleach twice. Hence the leading to major hair loss (about 1.5 inch from my scalp. It is bad that half of my hair fell out but worse when the colour I want was not given. I went through 5 hours of hell for this :)

went here bc my sister needed a haircut and i wanted to wash my hair as well. i was expecting it to be the normal hair wash (the basic rough scalp scraping with sharp nails and the fast and lowkey aggressive shampoo session) but i definitely did not prepare myself for the gentle fingers that handled my hair with sooo much care and the immaculate head and neck massage! it was as if i signed up for a head spa instead of a hair wash and blow 😭 the service exceeded my expectation and went through the roof fr. whoever shampooed my hair just now (tall & cute blond guy 😞) thank you sooo much for making it such a pleasant experience for me. i think i even fell asleep at one point bc his shampooing game is...
