I am writing this complaint on a friends' behalf:

Went to Dynacommunication Trading on 18July to fix a cracked Nova 2i screen and bought a tempered glass. Upon fixing, the sensitivity of the screen was terrible. requires multiple taps before responding and constantly hangs. The tempered glass had a patch of rainbow color right smack in the middle of the screen. When questioned, we were told that the rainbow patch is a chemical applied to block off blue light. Was charged RM250 for the screen replacement and RM65 for the tempered glass.

Returned here the next day because the lag was unbearable. The representative at the store claimed that it was lagging because the phone had just booted up previously. Before returning to the store, we dropped by Ninjaz and another phone store and found out that the same screen protectors were being sold at RM15-RM20! And they explained that the patch in the middle of the screen was due to the tempered glass being 'half glue' instead of 'full glue'. At this point, of course we were upset. This is daylight robbery.

To make things clear, the owners did offer to help fix the screen and offer a replacement for the tempered glass. BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT ALRIGHT TO BLATANTLY LIE TO CUSTOMERS IN THE FIRST PLACE. We'll still proceed to lodge a report under consumer protection act. I hope Sunway Giza management will also review their tenants.

As for anyone reading this. If you are an expat/local and dont mind getting ripped off, this is not to deter you from fulfilling your wish. But if you dont want to, then do yourself a favor and avoid going to this store at all cost. Ninja Z and several other stores are not far off.

PS: Sorry that the bad review is reflected on Sunway Giza rather than the actual tenant. Sunway Giza is a pleasant place aside from this tenant.

I am a frequent shopper at your mall. Although I never like the toilets and baby rooms setup with the bloody sink which I do not know how to wash baby's pooped with the small sink but still I have to use it with the help of my travel bidet since I have no choice that is the public facilities provided by your premises. Even with the basic prayer room for muslim, I am grateful that it is being provided. However today I really frustrated with the condition of the prayer room with no water from the tap for ablution but to depends on the water pails accesible as seen in the picture here. The most worst is there are lots of small cockroaches everywhere in the ablution area including some are at the edge lid of the water pails and walking thru the water bucket in the water pails. Also there is no signage informing there is under repair in the ablution area. As a regular customer, I am expecting for The Sunway Giza management to prepare an interim area while women's prayer room is under repair condition and to inform with the signange in front of the prayer room so that people could arrange their shopping plans if they are not comfortable with conditions. One more things, I think we are all not civilise, I believe having a bidet at the side of the toilets would be more confortable than the water sprinkles comes from the toilet bowl. Sometimes the pressure of the water is not even close to my butt!!! How to get clean? I propose for Sunway to look at the facilities provided by IPC or One Utama where I believe they taking into consideration with proper bidet, smart baby room with big sinki to put your baby while washing them and big prayer room to cater for Muslims to feel comfortable when shop at their place. It really devastatad with this kind of facilities that Sunway is...
