I paid RM200 plus for two persons to get the premium buffet but the seafood was totally unfresh, small shrimps, tiny scallops, smelly oysters, watery fish that was soaked in water.

The pork belly shown on the menu was so-called from Spain and the beef is Angus Beef but they are so paper thin to the point that even if you order 20 plates in one-go, it still won’t be enough make an adult full.

The sauce bar selection is very limited with only the most basic condiments, the sesame oil bottle was cracked and spilled out when I tried to pour it out. All sauces are unfresh and seemed to be prepared hastily.

The drinks selection is also limited with only soft drinks available, they are so tricky and only provide you with a small little cup to fill the drink, and you have to go multiple times to refill it, I believe it’s to prevent customers to drink more, which is very dishonest and cunning behaviour.

The ice cream is just so-so, they won’t even bother to refill it when everything has been scooped up, and for some reason the ice cream bar is right at the front of the counter, so the staffs will stare at you when you are scooping for the ice cream.

The toilet is upstairs and the hallway is totally dark as if I’m walking to get kidnapped, the design is definitely weird and there’s only one toilet.

When my girlfriend wanted to pay, the female staff was nonchalant and didn’t even bother to serve her while chatting with other male customers, she had to stand there for a long time until the other guy finally noticed her. Don’t know if they are there just for fun or to work properly.

Definitely won’t recommend this place and you can get better food with more affordable price at other hotpot restaurants. You’re paying this high price and get subpar service, and being disrespected and ignored at the same time, they don’t even bother to improve their services and food even after being criticized...

Low quality service by waiter The food plates were empty and stacked like mountain, but they just ignored. We need to remind them few times to take away. Mostly we arranged the empty plates for them

We paid premium package, but the foods are not fresh, included the seafood Ice cream (Haagen Dazs) great, but one of them finished, and none of the staff refilled despite reminded them. But sadly, the request was ignored

Extra charge RM10 for soupx2, we was informed that ala carte buffet, paid for premium package, but in the end, the bill noted with extra charge of RM20. Confronted them nicely, just replied this is their policy.

Air circulation inside the karaoke room was bad, almost suffocated. The air drainage system seem not working properly

Service given by the staff definitely poor and slow, and the answer given by them - showed that lack of training, actually quite rude.
