Simply ribs, should be more than simply ribs, they have a large selection of other choices, prime cut steaks and other local delights. For starters we had the stuffed potato skins, really creamy and fluffy slightly understated but hit the spot. We came here for the ribs so we dived straight in with the dino spicy ribs, WOW wasn't expecting that burst of flavour and fall of the bone extra tender meat. It's not over yet, the chilli comes in subtle at first, but it kicks in not over powering burning your mouth, no, it's there just tingling and complementing your taste buds, the way this dish is put together makes a memorable experience, it's one of those tastes you will cherish and remember for sure. If your not in the mood for something spicy, go for the smaller baby back oh yeah smokey ribs, equally due respect like the dino spicy ribs, I had both and tbh it's difficult to compare just depends what you feel like, something spicy or something juicy with a hint of hickory...

The place was suggested by a new friend who happens to be the patriarch of this new family-run dining spot. While they specialize in slow-cooked beef ribs, Simply Ribs has a generous, varied menu with a nice range of choices for every diner depending on your mood for the meal. Getting back to the beef ribs â be sure to check out their speciality: âOh Yeahâ Smokey Beef Ribs. An ample portion of quality beef brought in from âDown Underâ is tender, tasty, and succulent. We also tried the Sticky Grilled Beef Short Rib, which had a slightly heavier sauce with a tinge of sweetness. Theyâve mastered these rib choices and rumor has it that theyâre experimenting with some different options to add to the menu. Be sure to try out the Baked French Onion Soup as a starter â it is done well and was a great way to prep the palate before diving into the heavier mains.

We booked via website which then being contacted personally to confirm our reservation. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff.
We ordered one of the bestsellers (rib) and also a t bone steak. There was also menu for kids (4 choices).
The t bone steak was great. The meat was juicy and tender. The vegetables were well seasoned. The chips were crispy.
The fettucini carbonara (for kids) was splendid too ( though the portion was quite small for my kid).
But, the bbq rib was not my cuppa tea. Although the meat was tender, the bbq sauce overpowered the original taste of the ribs. Nonetheless, that is just my preference.
We also got free birthday gifts- an appetiser (potato skin) and creme brulee for dessert (3 choices-tiramisu, oreo and brulee).
I was especially amazed with the service. The owner (I suppose) was very responsive. He acted upon our request via whatsapp and contacted his manager to serve us.
The manager made sure we got our birthday gifts and bill right. Thumbs up.
