The Beer Factory — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I recently visited this bar 30th June 2024 around 930pm and was highly disappointed with the service I received. There are a few key points that contributed to my negative experience:

Unprofessional and rude staff lady.Upon asking for an ashtray, I was rudely told by a staff member that I could simply throw my cigarette on the floor. This response was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.

Unfriendly Atmosphere. The overall demeanor of the staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and politeness, which was clearly lacking during my visit.

Due to these reasons, I am unable to recommend TBF sunway giza branch. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the customer...

Do I get your attention now? All right let’s begin. First I come here not because of the beer even the restaurant called beer factory. To those who don’t familiar with me, I’m a food fanatic! Why? Please read all my other reviews then.

My top 3 food at The beer factory Sunway Giza are:

Pork Goreng berempah (Newly added, taste so great!) Just try it yourself!

Nam yu pork. This is the all-time favorite!

Indon mee burger babi! Hulamak! You can’t find it anywhere! Only at The beer factory!

A place in Giza to hangout and for Tiger. Their chicken wings are superb, good portion, big size, lots of flavour.

They have both indoor and outdoor seatings to your liking.

Maybe the only, and biggest flaw of Beer Fac is their way of serving promo draught beer. Its rather rude we got no choice, but only can send out all at once. Pls be understand, the beer will get warm!!!! even if you can keep the beer cold with ice bucket, the left over mug will lose out gas!!! who wans warm beer or beer without gas!!!
