The owners have clearly invested dedication and thought into crafting a space where patrons feel comfortable and welcomed, like a "home-away-from-home," and the team on the ground brings that feeling to life exceptionally well.

The live music here is phenomenal, with talented entertainers who skillfully engage the audience, setting the perfect tone for any occasion. This level of quality in entertainment elevates the experience and makes every visit unique and memorable. The interactions between guests and team members only deepen the sense of connection. The staff's warmth and attentiveness make every guest feel valued, reinforcing the welcoming atmosphere that permeates the venue.

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of trying the newly launched Jessie Goh Chicken Rice at BATS — and it was incredible.

I’m visiting from the United States, and every time I return to Malaysia, my first and favorite go-to meal is always Chicken Rice. And let me tell you — the Chicken Rice at BATS is nothing short of exceptional. The rice is deeply fragrant with chicken and ginger, the chicken itself is supple, juicy, and packed with flavor, and even the condiments are perfection — especially the garlic sauce, which might be the best I’ve ever had. The side of hot chicken broth was rich, comforting, and tied everything together beautifully.

The side dishes elevated the experience with creative flair and thoughtful execution. The beef ball kway teow soup offered a fresh, flavorful take on a comforting classic, while the steamed iceberg lettuce — paired with a bold, delicious sauce — transformed a humble vegetable into something unexpectedly refined. Both showed impressive originality and care.

I’ve tasted Chicken Rice across Malaysia — from fine dining spots to hawker stands, from Kuala Lumpur to Penang — and even from Malaysian chefs who’ve brought it to New York City, where I call home. And still, nothing compares to the Chicken Rice at BATS.

Beyond the food, the service is just as memorable. The staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel like family — always one step ahead of your needs.

Im still fantasizing my favourite dish D signature Grilled Salmon n lamb chop. Not only that even their appetizers, drinks beyond expectations so well organised. We had birthday bash last month for my relative Natasha who flew all the way from KANSAS CITY. Her birthday brownie was soo good delectable. We had great fun not only the food the music is incrediblely mind blowing. Met most legendary singers so down to earth grounded. ( Our Bala Anneh ex Wikikis champ n heaps of musicians kak Mimi n Abang n Guitarist Prasad, Pianist Vishnu Bro n bravo to Public open mic talented singers n not forgetting d Drummers ( Jason bro). To football lovers the place is cosy n comfortable to watch soccer match on big TV while njoying food n all kind of music from Lite n easy to Rock.

Once again You guys are awesome. Infact, once in every month I flew from Singapore just to njoy BATS food, music n Ambience. On 29th n 30th June 2024 BATS celebrated our Cool Cats birthday MR Suresh shanmugathan 41st birthday, it's was fantabulous. Thank you for the wonderful time spent n wonderful cuisine.
