Everything was good until international student(s) came and rent one of the rooms in my unit which was under them. They would pile their trash for days and just put their things anywhere. Frozen meat was also seen defrosting directly on the countertop without any plate/bowl. It caused a cockroach infestation due to all these. Now there is fruit fly infestation in my bathroom maybe because of the person’s soap. I used to enjoy living here but ever since they trashed this place, I have started avoiding going to the kitchen or to the washing machine room because I am scared of cockroaches. I even stopped cooking noodles in the kitchen. I told my agents about my housemate but all they did was give a warning to the whole group chat. Even threatened to fine ALL of us when I was the one who complained. The second thing they did was ask the cleaners to clear the shelves when I requested. But it still did not help with the infestation. I feel helpless and they do not take stern action on the one to blame. Isnt maintaining cleanliness in the contract? This will only be your loss from potential renters to rent here. I paid such a high rent and never failed to pay in time every month but only got this kind of service. They even increase the price after every contract end and they do not allow contract more than 1 year. Only quick to take money from us but...

I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate company. They consistently fail to respond flexibly to tenant concerns and seem more focused on collecting money than providing proper service. When I rented a room through them last year, the unit was not cleaned at all before I moved in. They expected me to use the same mattress and bedding left behind by the previous tenant. There were visible defects on the walls and windows, but they refused to fix them. Later, smoke suddenly came out of the bathroom and caused flooding. I inhaled the smoke and experienced health issues, but their response was extremely slow. They simply told me it was my responsibility and that there was nothing the company could do — which I find unacceptable. A friend of mine also rented a unit through this company. During Japan’s Golden Week holiday, she was unable to pay her rent on time due to bank closures. Despite informing the agent in advance, the company still forced her to pay a RM200 penalty for each day the rent was late. As someone whose parents run a real estate business, I find this company’s behavior highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I do not recommend using...
