one of their employee were extremely racist to me. this is ridiculous I am a paying customer he yelled out Infront of the entire store if I paid for the bag I was carrying the drinks in, I was stunned didn't know how to react I said yes I did, he went to the cashier and asked and after the cashier said yes I did he walked away, no sorry no nothing and even if he had a doubt he could've asked me normally there was no need to humiliate me yelling in a crowded store for a bag which let me remind you I did pay for! I could sense he did it because he was racist, i am brown...

Start enjoying Mixue classic milk tea with pearl for its decent price tag and populality.

Passing through and decided to stop by to enjoy the drink as well as aircon while walking back to Hotel.

Must say decent deco and environment. Spacious and cosy. It is very enjoyable to stop by enjoying a cool drink under the hot wheather.

There is a table with 3 chit-chating freely due to the cosy...

Just today, I feel like the quality of the products has gone down. The type of soft serve ice cream seems different. It's a different color than the one I usually eat. I ordered the same thing, but it's popular so maybe they don't have enough in stock. Comparing the photos, the first one is clearly a little yellow. The second one is the usual white. If they are using something different than usual, I think they should stop because it will affect the company's credibility.
